Welcome reader to the tentative release of Netflix and Kill.
It has come to my attention that the rating system of Netflix regarding some of my favorite genres is somewhat flawed. Meh, let's call it for what it is. Wrong. There is a laundry list of movies in the horror, thriller and sci-fi genre that are deserving of something more than a 1 star rating.
These movies are being reviewed by the general mass public that doesn't have the taste for the twisted and macabre like we do. So it's safe to assume that the 1 star rated horror flick you've been wanting to watch but don't want to waste your time could potentially be worth the watch. It's just a gamble.
That's why we here at N&K have decided to take the plunge for you. Since we watch those crappy reviewed movies on a regular basis, we figured "Why not contribute something to the genre and help get these movies that are worth a watch a chance?"
My name is John and I go by the alias Darth Russ, and my partner here is Jess, a.k.a. Murderface.
We will be trading off on reviews from time to time, so when you notice a change in writing style, you'll know why.
